A powder made from ground red pepper pods. Ranging in color from bright red to brown depending on the variety. Use the spice to season meat, seafood, and vegetables. It also makes for a nice garnish on deviled eggs. We offer 4 varieties: hot, Hungarian, smoked, and Spanish.

  • Hungarian paprika is of the highest quality, with a rich red color, smooth texture and fruity flavor like a red bell pepper. (Sold in 2 oz. quantity)
  • Spanish paprika is sweet and mild with a less intense flavor than Hungarian. Suitable as a garnish or for color. (Sold in 2.5 oz. quantity)
  • Smoked paprika has a distinct smoky flavor and aroma and is made from chilis that are dried over oak wood fires. Use it in dishes where you want a deep, woodsy flavor like stews and roast meats. (Sold in 2 oz. quantity)
  • Hot paprika is made from dried chili peppers and is similar to but less spicy than cayenne pepper. (Sold in 1.5 oz. quantity)
